295-Unit Mixed-Use Community in Apex, NC
HKJ starts a new multifamily community calling for 295-unit mixed-use project located in Apex, NC. THe project will have four buildings and amenities spread across the site designated for the development of the Flats at Depot 499 Apartments.
Apex and the Raleigh/Durham market continues to be a hot multifamily market and developments are continuing to move forward. The new apartments join several proposed residential projects and developments underway in Raleigh/Durham area.The Flats at Depot 499 are part of the major mixed-use development in Apex, Depot 499. The development will consist of single family homes, retail, multifamily and big box stores.
Unit Composition
The Flats at Depot 499 will consist of a mixture of (164) one-bedrooms, (120) two-bedrooms, and (11) three-bedrooms units totaling 295 units under four buildings. The Flats at Depot 499 will have a portion of the project with a mixed-use retail component.
