At HKJ Construction, we're proud to have completed Bedford Village, a distinctive mixed-use apartment complex located at at 1540 Dunn Road in Raleigh, NC. Our team delivered this three-story, 32-unit residential complex with a vibrant live-work-play environment for residents. The ground floor features a complimentary resident fitness center alongside a carefully curated mix of retail tenants, including Triangle Wine, Butchers Market, Gym Tacos + Bar, Sabrina Nail Salon, Pawfection Salon, and Brixx Pizza. By incorporating both residential and commercial spaces, we've created a dynamic community hub that allows residents to enjoy urban conveniences steps from their front door. This project showcases our commitment to building spaces that enhance daily living through strategic design and attention to lifestyle amenities.
