HKJ Construction is working on The Artreaux, a significant mixed-use development project in Winston-Salem's vibrant Industry Hill district. Located at the edge of downtown, this podium-style construction project seamlessly integrates residential living spaces with a comprehensive parking deck infrastructure. The development features a diverse range of residential units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with townhomes equipped with private access systems.

The project's location presented unique construction challenges and opportunities, as we worked to integrate the structure into the existing arts and entertainment district. Strategic positioning was crucial to ensure convenient access to nearby concert venues, breweries, distilleries, galleries, retail shops, and restaurants. The construction process required careful coordination to maintain the neighborhood's artistic character while delivering a modern residential complex.
