Five-story, 55-unit mixed-use development brings new housing and retail along Market Street corridor

Harold K. Jordan & Co. (HKJ Construction) has started construction on The Grove at 17 North, a five-story, 55-unit mixed-use development in Wilmington, North Carolina. The project is designed to add new housing and ground-floor retail that support continued growth along theMarket Street corridor.

Demolition of the existing structure is complete, and vertical construction is underway.

“The Grove at 17 North will bring new energy to the Market Street and Kerr Avenue intersection and complement the surrounding retail with apartments above,” said Scott Niebauer, director of business development at Harold K. Jordan & Co.
